THE Quadrennial National Delegates Conference of the Nigeria Civil Service Union (NCSU) was on Tuesday suspended as a result of two independent judgements of the National Industrial Court.
In place of the conference, the union reportedly held its meetings of some organs where a caretaker leadership was set up to run the affairs of the union pending the election of an elected national leadership.
